Richardson RFPD has available the dual, 14-bit analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices.
The AD9250 device cores feature a multi-stage, differential pipelined architecture with integrated output error correction logic, as well as wide bandwidth inputs supporting a number of user-selectable input ranges.
There is an integrated voltage reference and a duty cycle stabiliser is provided to compensate for variations in the ADC clock duty cycle, to optimise performance.
LTE
Most likely applications include LTE, EDGE/GSM, CDMA, TD-SCDMA, DOCSIS 3.0 mobile communications, but also military radar, IED detection and jamming systems.
Sampling rate is up to 250MSPS and IF sampling frequencies up to 400MHz.
Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is specified at 70.6dBFS at 185MHz AIN and 250MSPS. The spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) is 88dBc at 185MHz AIN and 250MSPS.
Power consumption is specified at 711mW at 250MSPS operation.
