The Yoy design studio's Peel Wall Light uses shadow and light to their advantage in this mirage-like wall sconce. The picture below looks like the wallpaper was peeled back to expose the bright white light of the outdoors. But a closer observation of the wall sconce by itself, and then another closer look at the illumintaed corner wall sconce, reveals that it is actually a wall sconce.

The light source is composed of super thin OLEDs, allowing for the design to be thin and compact. The cord of the corner wall sconce was also designed to go unnoticed and can easily be affixed to the wall with common household hardware.
