Used two heavy duty brackets in the center base of this machine for holding the pressure valve so that make correct alignment of the pressure valve during grinding operations. For grinding manually & automatically you can set the blades at any angles on to the pressure valve. Pressure valve is the main & major part of this machine, because the blade is fitting on it for grinding/ regrinding, so it is very heavy duty & made of leading quality cast iron (C.S.) material. In this machine has a heavy duty stone rotor that is also made of cast iron material & is fitting on to the slides with quilted powering motor.
This stone rotor can hold stone pieces from 6 to 10 for grinding the machine's knives (blades). This machine is also manufacturing with the using of Mild steel's rotor for grinding purpose, but in MS steel rotor cause vibration & incorrect knives' grinding. So casting material stone rotor is very better as compare to Mild steel's rotor for knives' smooth finishing.
In this machine also has a water tank to storage the water for cooling of knife (blade) during the grinding operations. A water pump is also using for lifting water from water tank on to the blades during grinding operations.
In this knife grinder machine has a heavy duty slide made of cast iron that is holding power motors, stone rotor and water feeding pipes; it takes turns on the slide way from left to right & right to left for the knife's grinding. The slide way of this machine is made with fine finishing and superior quality material, so that machine's operations perform leading grinding of the knives without any error and breakdown time. In this machine has two electric limit switches for forward & backward movement of the slides when the operation is running then slide's body touch with the limit switches due to this slide moves backward and forward automatically.
In this machine is also using a heavy duty leading quality gear box. This gear box is running on the rack gear that is fitted with the machine's side body with an electric motor. Function of this gear box run the slide backward & forward motion during grinding operations. This machine is performing operations with leading quality electric panel, electric motors & assembled water pump with an electric motor.
