This year's Hotaru Festival in Tokyo featured 100,000 glowing blue LED orbs,marking the lighting of the world's largest tower;Tokyo's new Sky Tree Tower. This unique light display was part of an art installation'Hikari no Symphony' (or symphony of light)displayed in Tokyo's Sumida River.Hikari's LED eye-candy combined with the Skytree Tower's alternating displays of skyblue and purple LEDs has brought a new light to Tokyo.
