The designer Koo Jeong-A's Glow in the Dark Skate Park is not just for recreational use but an experimental art piece that explores the borders between a standard design and a surreal skating experience. The ovoid shape of the in-ground skate ramp has been coated with a green phosphorescent paint to create an out of this world night time experience for skateboarders, in-liners and other wheel enthusiasts.

The surface of Jeong-A's Glow in the Dark Skate Park consists of custom bumps, the cradle, hollows, bowls and a tunnel loop. The sculptural design work of Koo Jeong-A examines sculpture and the representation of an art piece that is not only useful but an urban art sculpture. This skate park is entitled 'OTRO' and resides in France's International Center of Art and Landscape at Vassivière Island. 'OTRO' is constructed entirely of glowing phosphorescent concrete.
