Using a Tessellate perforated screen system technology this new building that is scheduled to be completed in 2014 will be the first of its kind in the?King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh. This?dynamic new construction regulates light and solar gain via a?wrapped perforated titanium rainscreen. The building design is being implemented by the?architectural firm, WORKSBUREAU.

Each of the building's perforated titanium rain screens will work?simultaneously with the specially designed?kinetic Tessellate systems. The use of the Tessellate system will allow for continuous adjustment to changing environmental conditions. Custom facades are also being installed to help control light levels in a choreographed type of experience. ?Sure to be a beginning of something new and noteworthy.
