Jorge Diego Etienne collaborated with Savvy Studio in the design of First Object, a trio of planters for Casa Bosques. Merging the world of handcrafted clay pots from Oaxaca with carefully made metal stands from Monterrey, this summer project is meant to bring nature to one’s life by taking the time to interact with it. First Object is the first of four collaborations that will change with the seasons in hopes of returning to “the rituals suggested by nature.”
Savvy Studio developed Casa Bosques as a creative platform to create products with strong concepts that focus on sustainability and permanence. Their hope is to also foster collaborations with experts in various fields that share their philosophy.
