The Pole Light is now part of The Museum of Modern Art’s collection of unique lighting. This set of domestic table and floor lamp designs are able to provide two types of lighting, ambient and directional light.

The Pole Light may remind some of a street light pole, tall and thin yet capable enough of providing light for the evening hours. During the day some would say that it may go unnoticed, almost camouflaged in the urban or city surroundings.
The Pole Light’s translucent resin design works the same way. The curved optical acrylic blends perfectly with the gently glowing 3 or 6 watt LED light source, that finally climaxes into a bright and precise beam.
