LED lights have been integrated into this model’s hat via a programmable webbed surface with animated light sequences that spin around creating a whirling helicopter halo of light. Designed by Moritz Waldemeyer for Philip Treacy’s return to London after a 12 year stretch. The hat was created by Waldemeyer ( a fashion/light designer) for Treacy’s (a renowned hat designer) catwalk show at London Fashion Week.

The hat was composed of six blades, each blade was fitted with a strip of LEDs, all of which was attached to a propellor headpiece that was worn by the model.
