This collection of wine bottle table lamps was designed in 2012 by the self-taught China based designer John Meng. Made to accentuate the wine bottle's suave shape, this light-in-a-bottle design is both sophisticated and eco-friendly.

In his collection of recycled wine bottle table lamps he explores the wine bottle from many different angles with a clean modest design that provides just enough light to create the mood. Meng's inspiration for lighting design came from a trip in the late 1990's to Europe. There he discovered that his passion for furniture and lighting design was actually quite possible.
