Miami Beach's Forge Restaurant has undergone many changes in the last four decades. Interior design configurations, the addition of LED lighting on the restaurant's exterior, but a few things have stayed the same. Included in this, is the chic Miami crowd that it attracts, the flamboyant decor, and the many rooms filled with Tiffany glass, crystal chandeliers, and funhouse lighting.

"It looked like an Austin Powers set." And sure the Miami Beach clientele showed up in diamonds and Lily Pulitzer dresses, and the men came dressed in pastel leisure suits with white shoes. But all of this (including the food; ie. lobster-peanut butter-and-jelly sandwich, a grilled double cut Colorado lamb chips with plum salt, vanilla-pear-ginger chutney, quinoa pancake, and a mint-tangerine salad but don't forget the 16-ounce prime "Super Steak," but the "Coffee and Eggs" — ribeye, coated with ground coffee and served with a goat's cheese frittata)?to give it the personality, glitz, and amusement that is is known worldwide for.
