BASF is planning to relocate its global pharma ingredients and services business unit headquarters from Switzerland to Florham Park, US.
BASF Nutrition & Health division president Walter Dissinger was quoted by Daily Record as saying that by moving the headquarters of company's global business unit to the US, BASF is strengthening its presence in the US.
Unveiled in May 2012, the new headquarters is worth about $130m and has an area of 325,000ft2.
BASF Nutrition & Health division is specialised in developing, producing and marketing products and services for the human and animal nutrition, pharmaceutical as well as flavor and fragrance industries.
