US carmaker Chevrolet has unveiled the new 2014 SS rear-wheel-drive sedan at the Daytona International Speedway in Florida, US.

Featuring a sport-tuned chassis, the sedan also comes with MacPherson strut front and multilink independent rear suspension geometry, electronic power steering system and standard brembo brakes, with ventilated, 355-mm rotors and two-piece, four-piston front callipers.
Features of the model also include forged 19 x 8.5 inch aluminum wheels within Bridgestone tires.
Technology features include StabiliTrak electronic stability control, forward collision alert, lane departure warning, side blind zone alert, rear-vision camera rear cross traffic alert and automatic parking assist.
Chevrolet is planning to commence sales of the new 2014 SS in the fourth quarter of 2013.
