US-based supercar manufacturer Vuhl is planning to launch its first production car, Vuhl 05 at the upcoming 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed that will be held in the UK during 11-14 July.
According to the company, the name Vuhl is shortened form of 'Vehicles of Ultra-lightweight and High-performance' and the company will be owned by brothers Iker Echeverria and Guillermo Echeverria.
The Vuhl 05 is claimed by the company to be a lightweight supercar designed for the track and performance.
Iker Echeverria said: "We intend Vuhl products to be renowned for their effective simplicity and aesthetics guided by a purity of function."
The car's body is expected to be manufactured in Canada, while the chassis production and assembly are expected to be completed in the Mexico City.
