Media reports said that two scientists from Eli Lilly and Company are accused for leaking business secrets worth USD 55 million to Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600276). The Chinese drug maker clarified that it has been abiding by laws and regulations in business operation as well as research and development. The company will invite lawyers to launch investigation into the rampant talks and will cooperate with judicial offices if needed.
Earlier reports from US quoted documents from Federal Court revealing the leakage of business secrets by two scientists from Eli Lilly to archrival Hengrui Medicine.
