Wiscinson-based Sartori is bringing back its limited edition Cannella BellaVitano cheese for a limited period during November and December this year.
A fourth-generation family-owned and operated cheese-maker, Sartori will use Cannella BellaVitano in a Cannapple Grilled Cheese Sandwich besides other varieties.
Sartori prepares Cannella BellaVitano by using more than a year-old sweet, buttery BellaVitano and cinnamon liqueur.
Sartori marketing director Susan Merckx said: "The cinnamon flavour does permeate throughout the wheel, but it is incredibly well balanced - the aged BellaVitano is such a wonderful cheese, we want the cinnamon to be in concert with the cheese."
Customers can buy the product in specialty cheese shops in US or online during the holiday season, over the next two months.
Sartori has been catering to the needs of specialty, retail, ingredient, and restaurant and food service markets for over seven decades.
