US-based Capital Brewery is planning to build a production facility in Sauk City in Wisconsin, US, with an investment of about $11m.
The new 50,000ft2 facility will feature a 100 barrel brewhouse, fermentation and aging cellars, a bottling and canning line, warehouse space, tasting room, administrative offices, and an outdoor entertainment venue.
States General Manager Tom Stitgen said, "We formed an internal team and conducted an extensive six month long search of buildings and sites before settling on Sauk City."
The new brewery is expected to begin operations in the spring of 2014.
The brewery's product range includes Mutiny IPA, Capital Square 22 oz Bomber series, Lake House seasonal beer and Wisconsin Amber.
