Baumann & Berning has announced the launch of the new BS-0700 shrink sleeve labeler, which has been designed for continuous operation.
The new labeler has a maximum output of 36'000 bph and can produce sleeves from 40 to 300mm in length for products from 50mm to 210mm in diameter.
According to Baumann, the un-sleeved cup pack is placed in to a supply magazine and is automatically sleeved, discharged and stacked as a fully packaged cup pack, during the proces.
The labeler has dry steam or hot air technology, all adjustment on programmable touch panel, connection of the individual components through Profibus and has a remote servicing module.
BS-0700 high-speed Shrink sleeve labeler consists of three main functionalities including the De-reel unit that feeds the film-material to the applicator, while the applicator applies and positions the label on the product. Shrink tunnel will handle the shrink process.
