Pepper Jack Cheese and Mushroom & Swiss Cheese Were Launched by Johnsonville Sausage

US-based Johnsonville Sausage has launched two new smoked-cooked sausage flavors - Pepper Jack Cheese and Mushroom & Swiss Cheese.

The two new naturally smoked-cooked sausage varieties will be available nationwide in select grocery stores through Labor Day, 2013.

Pepper Jack Cheese, which features real mushrooms and Swiss cheese, delivers a savory flavor, while Mushroom & Swiss Cheese combines creamy Monterey Jack cheese, sweet peppers and jalapenos to provide a zesty taste.

According to the company, both the products are made with only premium cuts of pork and are gluten free. The products are also made with no fillers.

Johnsonville senior brand manager Chris O'Toole said that the company is pleased to bring these new and fun, limited-time offer flavors for the 2013 grilling season.

"These special blends include ingredients that are visible in the sausage and are sure to complement the Johnsonville line of smoked-cooked sausage products," O'Toole added.

Johnsonville Sausage, based in Wisconsin, offers brats, Italian sausage, smoked-cooked links and fresh breakfast sausage links. The privately owned company employs approximately 1,300 members.
