FUJIFILM Medical Systems will display its web-based cardiovascular solution at the Radiological Society of North America(RSNA),which will be held at Chicago,until 30 November 2012.
The Synapse Cardiovascular 5.0 solution,which features interactive diagrams and freehand drawing tools that help quantify results,is used in cardiac cath,invasive peripheral vascular,echocardiography,nuclear cardiology,vascular ultrasound and cardiac CT and MRI procedures.
In addition,the solution creates finalized,signed cardiovascular-structured reports quickly and easily.
Fujifilm medical informatics vice president Jim Morgan said cardiologists and other specialists have some needs including increased diagnostic confidence and a simple,streamlined workflow.
"That's precisely what we bring to the Cardiovascular stage with Synapse Cardiovascular 5.0,"Morgan added.
"It uses advanced technologies to analyze results,and takes several extra steps to provide users sophisticated methodologies to analyze findings quickly and accurately."
