Chevrolet unveiled its Corvette Z06 at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year, but now more details about the car has been leaked online.
According to the leaked order guide, the two variants will weigh around 1.6 tons, making them the heaviest cars made by Chevrolet.
Chevrolet has used light weight aluminum to build the latest model, but the coupe version and drop-top will weigh 3,524 lbs 3,582 lbs respectively.
The extra weight said to compensate for the additional 150 hp this car will provide than its predecessors.
The car will be powered by 6.2-litre LT4 supercharged V8 engine which is capable of delivering 650hp, with peak horsepower is said to be 6400 rpm and peak torque of 3600 rmp.
The car will also feature OnStar 4G LTE system with built-in Wi-Fi that will provided free of cost for three months to the owners of the new car.
