Zhejiang DIAN Diagnostics Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 300244) announced yesterday that it has signed an agreement on strategic cooperation with a South Korea's foundational juridical person and medical science institute SCL.
Both sides plan to cooperate with each other deeply in high- and medium-end health control, medical diagnostic system, service, etc.
They will also develop the health examination market in China, build a R&D platform for diagnostic technology and a medical conversion platform, bring in and popularize South Korea's advanced diagnostic technologies (products), enhance the interactive communication between independent laboratories of the two countries, integrate resources and establish laboratories for detecting food safety, environment and for CRO business.
DIAN Diagnostics said this cooperation will help it improve its medical diagnostic technologies, operate laboratories, diversify diagnostic items, and improve diagnostic technologies. Meanwhile, the cooperation will also help the company bring in internationally advanced notion of health service and system of health control and enter the high-end health control market.
