On March 15, Shanxi Province-based Chinese steelmaker Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co. (TISCO) announced that it has supplied its new stainless steel gas pipes in four specifications to Shanxi-based Xishan Coal Electricity Group Co., and expects to supply 46,000 meters of the products in question to the company by the end of the current year. The new stainless steel gas pipes have advantages including fire resistance, corrosion resistance and high strength.
The cooperation between TISCO and Xishan Coal Electricity Group dates from August 2011. Mass production of the product in question began in September 2012 when it was approved by Xishan Coal Electricity.
