Robert Bosch Diesel Systems North America regional president Bernd Boisten said, "The launch of the 2014 Chevrolet Cruze Clean Turbo Diesel solidifies the growing perception and market demand for clean diesel technology here in the US."

According to the company, the Cruze Clean Turbo Diesel is the most recent addition of clean diesel models for sale in the country and it expects that over 60 diesel vehicle models will be available in North America in 2017.
