US-based candy maker Boyer Candy has relaunched its Original Peanut Butter Cup Pourable Curl Sauce – a key ingredient for ice cream.
According to the company, the Curl Sauce and Mallo Cup Topping is one of the key ingredients for the dairy and foodservice industry.
Boyer's Original Peanut Butter Cup Pourable Curl Sauce can be used as a topping or variegate injected into ice cream. It can also be used in baking cookies, pies, brownies, mousse, Asian salad dressing, and Thai Noodles, the company said.
Commenting on the launch Boyer Candy Marketing director Deborah Forgione said that the Mallo Cup Topping and Curl Sauce is not only a standard in the Dairy Industry for ice cream; it can also be used as an ingredient in cup cakes, Yams, Ambrosia, and Baked Alaska.
"We have given our quality products a packaging face lift and refocused our marketing efforts to showcase our ingredients versatility in the food service industry," Forgione added.
Boyer Candy noted that its products, made in the US, are gluten free and Kosher.
