Delta Microelectronics has become a Globalfoundries channel and Asic partner covering Europe,Middle East and Africa(EMEA).
The semiconductor design and production services firm Delta will offer Globalfoundries semiconductor fabrication services including MPW runs and production wafers,including leading edge process nodes.
"This agreement will enable Delta to offer customers a simplified route to access Globalfoundries'portfolio of semiconductor technologies",said Perlund,executive v-p at Delta.
Delta will also provide Asic design,test,packaging,logistics and supply chain management services.

Globalfoundries has recently announced a silicon-validated design flow for its 28nm Super Low Power(SLP)technology with Gate First High-k Metal Gate(HKMG).
The flow provides proven and complete front-to-back support for advanced analogue/mixed-signal(AMS)design using the industrya??s latest design automation technology.
Delta Microelectronics is a division of Danish Electronics,Light Acoustics(DELTA)with headquarters in Hrsholm,Denmark.It has been designing and supplying Asics for more than 25 years.
Delta has a business operation in Glamorgan,south Wales.
