UK-based Linkx Systems has introduced the VE series of tray erectors from Siat UK.
The tray erectors were designed for end-of-line packaging applications and to meet the user's needs of compact and reliable machinery with throughput of up to 30 trays per minute, according to theengineer.co.uk.
Size changeover can be completed in less than five minutes, with minimum downtime and maximising productivity, using the VE series.
The tray erectors are suitable for all types of production environment.
They can be used as standalone machines with manual/contract tray packing or can be readily integrated with tray loaders and shrink wrappers to make cost-effective fully automated packing lines producing shelf-ready and transit packs.
