Herdez, a US-based salsa brand owned by Grupo Herdez, has unveiled a new range of Mexican Cooking Sauces.
The new Herdez Mexican Cooking Sauces are available in four variant flavors, including Traditional Chipotle, Roasted Pasilla Chile, Red Guajillo Chile and Tomatillo Verde.
Herdez Traditional Chipotle and Roasted Pasilla Chile are made with tomatoes, onions, and garlic, said the company.
The new Red Guajillo Chile, made with vine-ripened tomatoes, delivers a green tea flavor with a slight touch of berries, while Tomatillo Verde is a combination of tomatillos, chilies and a touch of cilantro.
Herdez Mexican Cooking Sauces, made from chile peppers, are priced at $3.49 for a 12-ounce jar.
Currently, these sauces are available Albertsons stores in Los Angeles and are expected to be available in Wal-Mart stores across the US from June 2013.
