US carmaker Chevrolet has unveiled the new 2014 Camaro Z/28 at the New York International Auto Show in the US.
The vehicle is equipped with naturally aspirated 7L LS7 engine mated to a six-speed Tremec TR6060 manual transmission that generates an output of 500hp (373kW) and 470lbft (637Nm) of torque.
Camaro Z/28 comes fitted with a large splitter connected to an underbody panel to decrease lift, fender flares on the front and rear wheels, extended rocker panels, rear spoiler and functional diffuser.
Features of the vehicle include ZL1 flat-bottomed steering wheel, Recaro seats with microfiber suede inserts, liquid-to-liquid system and Pirelli tires.
The vehicle comes with Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, Matrix rotors and fixed, monoblock calipers, six-piston calipers in the front and four-piston calipers in the rear.
In addition, the vehicle comes with Titanium intake valves and connecting rods, sodium-filled exhaust valves, CNC-ported aluminum cylinder heads, forged-steel crankshaft and main bearing caps, high-lift camshaft and hydroformed exhaust headers.
