It's reported that steelmaker Ternium released its financial for the second quarter of 2012. The company posted net income of US$134.4 million for the second quarter of this year, lower than US$151.4 million in a quarter ago but higher than US$115.4 million in the same quarter of a year ago. Meanwhile, the company's steel shipments totaled 2.2 billion in the second quarter of this year, decreasing by 1% from a quarter ago but rising by 2% year on year. In addition, its net sales remained flat from a quarter ago to US$2 billion in the second quarter of this year.
