Offering moist, juicy and flavorful salmon, the new burger is made from a premium blend of Atlantic and Wild Pacific Salmon with no fillers or additives.
Crafted to present a made-from-scratch, hand-smashed appearance, the burger is available in 2, 4 and 6oz sizes, portioned for slider, sandwich and entrée applications.
Ultimate Salmon Burger are a source of protein, Omega 3s and contain 0g trans fats and are flash frozen, fully prepared and ready to flat grill, pan fry, bake or char grill.
FPI brand manager Carolyn Piscatelli said that the American burger segment is as popular as ever due to the better-burger trend driving growth.
