Brazilian meat giant Marfrig has named VP of finance Ricardo Florence dos Santos as its CFO.
Dos Santos will replace Alexandre Mazzuco, who will "pursue other professional challenges and focus on personal projects", Marfrig said.
It is the second senior management change in three months. In November, Marfrig appointed former Cargill CFO Sergio Rial to lead its processed food division, Seara Foods.
Dos Santos will combine the role of CFO with his existing positions of VP of finance and investor relations officer.
The company will report its financial results for 2012 next month.
