Quanex Building Products Held an Event to Celebrate Re-Branding Efforts

Quanex Building Products held an event at its plant in Cambridge,Ohio,recently,to celebrate the fact that it has brought all of its business units under one brand name.

The company celebrated its branding effort by gathering employees at each of the 20 offices and facilities worldwide.At the Cambridge facility,more than 300 employees and local community members and elected officials attended,including Tim Orr,the mayor of Cambridge,and representatives from local and federal elected offices.

"Quanex is committed to growth and the continued prosperity in the industries we serve and in the cities in which we live and operate,"said David Petratis,CEO of Quanex Building Products."By serving our customers with integrity,we've invested in products and processes for the future that will help our customers succeed and continue to strengthen our presence in the Cambridge community."

In addition to the rebranding initiative,Quanex named its Cambridge location to become its central hub for warm-edge spacer system production.The 417,000-square-foot facility has undergone a"radical renovation"and has added 150 additional employees to keep up with customer demand.
