Microsoft Tablet PC Surface equipped with Windows 8 Pro operating system will be on sale in the United States and Canada on Feb.9 2013. Previously, the tablet was equipped with stripped-down version of the new operating system RT. The Surface Pro has 64G and 128G two versions, starting at about $ 900. The tablet does not use the ARM chip like the RT version, but use the Intel Core i5 processor. Microsoft did not announce when the product would start sales in Germany, neither did the price.
In fact, Microsoft did plan to launch Surface Pro version in January. In addition, Microsoft also plans to sell Surface Windows RT in 13 European countries. Surface Windows RT with no touch protective sleeve will be also accessible in Germany in future.
