Jacada, a provider of customer service experience and interaction optimization solutions, has extend its agreement with an undisclosed US provider of health insurance products and services.
Under the terms of the agreement, Jacada will provide material service and solution support to the health insurance provider over the next three years while the revenue will be recognised over current and future quarters and exceeds $1m.
The firm will also continue to provide its ongoing initiatives professional and solution support services in a bid to streamline industry processes, as a part of the agreement.
Jacada CEO Giddy Hollander said that the company initially signed an agreement in July 2010.
Jacada provides optimized solutions for effectiveness of provider management and also offer automation to quote processes, two important functions in the health insurance industry.
As a member company of US largest health insurance organizations, the client provides a wide variety of coverage choices to three million members in its region that include individuals, small businesses, and large corporations.
