American 2X4 Brewing & Imports has entered into a distribution agreement with US-based Young's Market (YMC) for its Canada's Select Brews portfolio of craft beers and ciders imported from Canada.
Young's Market will distribute beers and ciders imported from Howe Sound Brewing in California. Howe Sound products will be available in limited release on California retail shelves in November 2013.
Located in Canada, Howe Sound Brewing bottles its beers in 1l re-sealable Pot Stopper bottle.
Following this, products from Parallel 49 Brewing and others will also be available from Young's Market as a part of the Canada's Select Brews portfolio. The Parallel 49 beers will be launched by YMC early in 2014.
2X4 Brewing & Imports president Scott Fore said: "The Howe Sound products covered by the agreement include the "King Heffy" a rich full bodied 3 Time Gold Medal winning Imperial Hefeweizen and a powerhouse experimental ale, "Megadestroyer" an Imperial Licorice Stout that is a beer geeks dream."
