PSA Peugeot Citro n has selected automotive supplier TRW Automotive as its driver assist system (DAS) partner.
The announcement came at the 2015 Consumer Electronics Show along with the launch of TRW's next generation radar (AC1000) and camera (S-Cam 3) sensor technologies which will be used across the Peugeot, Citroen and DS vehicle ranges.
The French car maker has also awarded TRW with full system integration and functional development responsibility.
TRW's DAS sensors will be launched on PSA vehicle platforms in the Chinese and European markets, and it will provide adaptive cruise control (ACC) with stop-and-go functionality to the vehicles along with lane keeping assist functions to enhance safety.
