Indian automaker Tata Motors has formed a partnership with Malaysian automotive conglomerate DRB-HICOM Berhad for the import, distribution and assembly of its commercial vehicles in Malaysia.
As part of this deal, Tata has entered into a distribution agreement (DA) and technology license agreement (TLA) with DRB-HICOM's subsidiary USF-HICOM Malaysia.
