The new devices can simplify the design of laser systems and reduce costs,Osram said,adding that,Laserline,one of the leading manufacturers of diode lasers for industrial material processing,will used the laser bars in its new fiber-coupled diode lasers used in applications from welding metals and plastics,to surface treatment and cutting.
