United Cater Recalls a Wide Range of Vaisyaa Branded Frozen Fish Products

United Cater has recalled a wide range of Vaisyaa branded frozen fish products as they were manufactured in an unapproved establishment and do not comply with food hygiene standards.

The UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) has issued a product recall information notice.

The products subject to recall include Vaisyaa branded Squid rings, Squid tubes, Raw and cooked tiger prawns, Cooked prawns, Barracuda, Kingfish, Trevally, Tilapia fillets and whole tilapia, Tuna, Ora steaks, Silver panfret, Parai, Koduna, Seafood mix, Indian mackerel, Milk fish, Emperor fish, Rabbit fish.

The recall also includes Baby shark, Soopari, Leather jacket steak, Anchovies and Japanese threadfin.

All date codes of the above products are affected in the recall and weights of these affected products are known to be up to 1kg.

United Cater has issued product recall notices to stores to inform customers about the recall.

Those who have purchased the products have been advised not to eat and return them to the place of purchase.
