Appalachian Mountain Brewery has signed a letter of intent to acquire North Carolina Natural Energy (NCNE), in a strategic move to prepare for wholesale distribution of its craft beer.
Based in Florida, North Carolina Natural Energy (NCNE) will change its name to Appalachian Mountain Brewery and begin trading as a craft brewery.
Terms of the deal have been agreed upon and approved by both parties with closing expected before the end of 2013.
