UPM Raflatac has announced the replacement of its 'Raflacoat Plus' paper with 'PEFC Raflacoat Plus', in line with its commitment to source paper products from sustainably managed forests.
According to the company, the semi-gloss PEFC Raflacoat Plus paper, which retains the same features of its predecessor, is ideal for branding and decorating products and can reproduce the details with the precision.
The product is also available with the backing lightweight and ProLiner PP30, which is 100% recyclable.
UPM has also introduced 'PEFC Raflacoat Opti' as an option for digital printing with HP Indigo, and FSC-certified phenol-free thermal papers 'Thermal Eco BPAF FMC' and 'Thermal Eco TPF FMC' in a bid to expand the range of self-adhesive materials certified in Europe.
The new Fleur de Coton White WSA FMC and Fleur de Coton Ivoire WSA FMC offer new textured look for wine labeling.
