The German machinery and plant producer Dieffenbacher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau and Carmanah Design and Manufacturing have signed a partnership agreement to sell OSB stranding systems outside North America. Negotiations came to an end in December after starting back in the first half of 2012. Both companies intend to work together on projects for OSB and engineered wood products, such as laminated strand lumber (LSL) and oriented strand lumber (OSL) in Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South America.
