The German machinery and plant producer Dieffenbacher and the Canadian company Carmanah Design and Manufacturing have signed a partnership agreement to sell OSB stranding systems outside North America. Negotiations to this effect, which began in the first half of 2012 ended in December. The two companies intend to work together on projects for OSB and engineered wood products, such as laminated strand lumber (LSL) and oriented strand lumber (OSL), in Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South America.
