Chung Hung Steel, one of the major carbon flat re-rolling mills and the subsidiary of Taiwan's China Steel Corp. (CSC), has announced that its sales revenues in December totaled NT$4.005 billion, rising by 28.2% from a month ago.
In December, Chung Hung Steel produced 216,000 tons of steel products, increasing by 32.5% from 163,000 tons in November. Besides, the company’s sales volumes rose by 27.9% month on month to 229,000 tons.
Meanwhile, it’s expected that Chung Hung Steel may raise its prices for February if CSC announces to increase the prices for March.
