Toufayan Bakeries, a US-based family run bakery, has added three new wrap varieties to its gluten-free baked goods range to meet the increasing demand for the specialty products.
The new products, which join the company's existing line of gluten-free wraps, include Spinach, Garden Vegetable and Savory Tomato flavored wraps.
Toufayan Sales and Marketing vice president Karen Toufayan said, "More and more consumers are adopting a gluten-free lifestyle and we want to be sure they can turn to Toufayan to feed their families delicious and healthy products, so we're excited to add more options to our soft, pliable gluten-free wrap line."
The gluten-free wraps are currently available in the deli and bread aisles at supermarkets across the country.
Based in Ridgefield, New Jersey, Toufayan also manufactures more than 100 varieties of baked goods including bagels, pita, lavash, breadsticks and flatbreads.
