Kidman Resources has identified three new conductors along strike from the Home of Bullion high grade copper deposit in the Northern Territory.
The results follow recently concluded fixed loop electromagnetic survey at the site. The tests showed two very strong coincident electromagnetic conductors and magnetic high east of Southern Lens under cover and one large conductor located 800 metres along strike from the Main Lode.
These results could deliver significant tonnage to the HOB project.
The survey consisted of five ground EM loops and was designed to test the 3.6 kilometres Home of Bullion magnetic trend for potential extensions of the two poly-metallic lenses located at the deposit.
An exploration program will be designed to thoroughly drill test all EM conductors with further ground based fixed loop electromagnetic surveys planned for the remaining magnetic targets located along the 12 kilometres HOB corridor.
The proposed exploration program will be submitted to the NT Department of Resources in the coming weeks.
Kidman Resources Ltd acquired 100% of the Home of Bullion copper project this May. It has since completed two phases of drilling for a total of 5000 metres to test extensions of previously reported high grade intercepts from the 1950's and mid2000's.
Currently, there are two known outcropping areas of copper mineralisation.
The exploration licence covers approximately 137.5 square kilometers and within this area there are up to 12 kilometres of potential strike extensions to the Home of Bullion high grade ore body.
