Olympus, a US-based medical and surgical products designer, will equip its ultrasound endoscopes with the ProSound F75 Ultrasound Processor.
Developed in partnership with Hitachi Aloka Medical, the ProSound F75 Ultrasound Processor provides quality imaging that aids in accurate diagnosis of diseases of the GI track and surrounding organs as well as assessment of cancers.
The Center for Interventional Endoscopy (CIE) medical director Shyam Varadarajulu said, "The ProSound F75 delivers outstanding image quality that facilitates easy identification and more accurate staging of GI tumors in my practice."
The processor improves workflow from pre-examination to after examination for better data management, and provides improved visualization for more accurate blood flow information.
