Homapal Plattenwerk Has Been Wholly Owned by Formica Since 2 April

The wood and metal laminates producer Homapal Plattenwerk, which has been wholly owned by Formica since 2 April, and Homapal Plattenwerk Beteiligungsgesellschaft were integrated into Homapal GmbH on 12 November. This company was created from a holding firm previously. The new purpose and headquarters were entered into the commercial register in June. Homapal GmbH's managing director is Thorsten Ruhnke. He had previously led the two former companies. Formica-Vertriebs GmbH was also integrated into Homapal GmbH in September. At the same time, Homapal and Formica Holding GmbH inked a profit transfer agreement. Mark Adamson, Eva Maria Hörnisch and Thorsten Ruhnke make up the management team for Formica Holding, which co-ordinates the group's German activities.
