Immaculate Baking, a subsidiary of General Mills, has expanded its product range with the introduction of two new ready-to-bake holiday refrigerated dough offerings.
The two limited edition offerings are Immaculate Baking Panettone and Immaculate Baking Candy Cane which are available at Whole Foods Markets.
Immaculate Baking claims that Immaculate Baking Panettone is a sweet bread with a classic citrus flavor, candied orange zest and raisins. Each kit of Panettone includes individual baking cups so the Panettone bakes in the traditional cupola shape.
The Immaculate Baking Candy Cane cookie dough produces rich, buttery sugar cookies laced with crunchy peppermint candy cane bits that also boast a fragrant peppermint aroma, the company said.
Commenting on the launch, Whole Foods Market Global Grocery Purchasing coordinator Dwight Richmond said: "Holiday cookies are a seasonal staple, but that doesn't mean you need to spend hours baking from scratch.
"With clean ingredients and drool-worthy flavors, Immaculate Baking Co.'s new ready-to-bake cookies are great pick for impromptu holiday gatherings and make holiday cookie exchanges easier than ever."
Additionally, Immaculate Baking is offering a limited edition Chocolate Peppermint Cookie Dough as well as its year-round best-selling Ginger Spice Cookie Dough.
